No, Big mac just tries his hardest to be "Evil" and "grim" and "hardcore" but just comes out as adorable, dorky, and lame from This tumblr blog

. Basically the sharp teeth and blank eyes are what differentiate him from any other Big Mac. They're probably just for show.
