Yeah, but Twilight bucked loads and loads of trees at a time with her magic. She can do what AJ does, but better and faster.

No horn, no wings, Earth Ponies seem kind of worthless. Whatever they can do, Pegasi or Unicorns can usually do also; and Pesasi and Unicorns can do things that Earth Ponies can't.

I want this argument to be wrong, but I can't disprove it.

Twilight is a very special unicorn, and we don't know for sure how long she can keep that up anyway. Plus only earth ponies can grow Zap Apples.

We should also consider that we have only seen earth ponies perform any sort of agriculture. This was also true in the past. This most that earth ponies for the most control the food supply.

It's the kind of ability that maintains civilizations. Seriously, without the Earth Ponies in HWE the other tribes would have collapsed.

Except when she doesn't, like with bucking or when she stopped that carriage in MMDW.
