One of the many things I love about this series is that the character designs are so adorable. I honestly wouldn't mind getting a toy, model, or whatever you are supposed to call it.

@Con: Maaaybe, if I can find the time. Although there are probably artists in the thread who'd come up with a way better drawing than I would. I can barely get the ponies on model, and they have really simplistic designs.

Colgate is one of those fandom creations that makes no sense to me. Named after a real life toothpaste brand when that would just be gibberish in-universe. Job description and personality extrapolated from mane color rather than actions or cutie mark. I guess I just don't get it.

I can understand the Rule of Funny stuff. It's just supposed to be silly and not taken seriously. It's when it starts bleeding into fan works that are meant to be taken seriously that I don't get it.

Speaking of fanwork, I read The Best Night Ever. I really liked it.

Ya know, I'm kinda curious about something regarding the "Dinky is Derpy's daughter" fanon. It's really adorable and all, but have they actually been seen together in the show at all, even for just a short crowd scene? Otherwise, it just seems like it spun off of the fact that they look similar. Again, I love that Fanon, I just wonder where it came from.

I also don't really get what's up with the Derpy/Doctor Whooves pairing. It kinda seems like a Crack pairing to me, and I have no idea where it came from.

I think Derpy /Doctor Whooves is one of the least crakiest pairing this fandom has churned out.

Derpy and Dinky doesn't exactly have anything to directly contradict it, though it does have evidence against it that is promptly ignored or handwaved away by fanon. Like this, for example.

I'm just going to say that I'm terrible at noticing when people aren't around; I usually don't realize it until after they've been gone for a few days, and sometimes not even then.

Well there are a lot of infrequent posters here, and it's hard to notice the abcense of something.

Life is simple: it has no nontrivial normal subgroups.
