I came across...something interesting about Trixie Lulamoon
here
. If you scroll down the page, you should see a picture showing Trixie wearing a black, gray and red necklace.
Is this something official, or is this just non-canon fan art?
Oh, Equestria, we stand on guard for thee!
@Tiggers That was a picture leaked along with some screenshots from what is (presumably) the end of Season 3. And that's all we know.
No idea if this has been mentioned before, but

Equestria is an artificial plane.
Und wenn du lange in einen Abgrund blickst, blickt der Abgrund auch in dich hinein.
Based on scenes in several episodes, including:
- ponies cleaning up so that winter can end and spring arrive, implying that if they don't, the seasons won't change.
- Weather Patrol doing climate control up to and including manufacturing individual snowflakes
- ponies holding a race so that leaves could fall off trees
- Princess Celestia and Princess Luna rising the sun and moon respectively
- the following comment: "The Evergreen Forest ain't natural! Trees grow, animals take care of themselves, and clouds move ALL BY THEMSELVES!"
All of this points to there being virtually no natural weather or flora in much of Equestria (excluding said forest).
Und wenn du lange in einen Abgrund blickst, blickt der Abgrund auch in dich hinein.
@Sinclair Are we talking a Mirrodin-style artificial plane, or something else here?
I was thinking more Gensokyo, actually.

I know it's most likely a reference to all those old myths about faeries and whatnot painting flowers, making trees grow and all that, but this is a WMG. :P
Und wenn du lange in einen Abgrund blickst, blickt der Abgrund auch in dich hinein.
In Soviet Union, everything big!
We need to get some Russian bronies on the site.
