I'm with Perpetual on the Batman thing; he'd win if he had time and resources to come up with a suitable plan. If you just plucked him out of Gotham City and dumped him in a ring with NNM she'd kick his butt due to Didn't See That Coming. He can't plan for contingencies that he doesn't know even exist. If he had been bumming around Equestria for a while I think he'd come up with something.

Thing is, if he's been watching the show, Equestria has already passed the point where NMM is a problem; he's either introduced to the setting before the events of the show take place (so he can fight NMM), or else he doesn't have to fight NMM because she isn't around anymore.

Okay, I know Batman is a Memetic Badass, but he isn't invincible. He is capable of making mistakes, and I think that NMM is powerful enough that in certain situations she could take him out. I do agree that the longer the battle goes on, NMM's chances dwindle, but you cannot convince me that there are no situations in which NMM could beat Batman.

I think we really need to define the fight a bit better; it needs to either have a specific circumstance, or else be more of a "if they fought 1000 times in random settings, who would win more?"

Any Celestia battle is kinda hard to decide because we don't really know the full extent of her powers. You could say the same for Superman, though...

Batman would have no interest in silly ponies. Batman is a grim, brooding, angsty man who doesn't like anything fun. Dick Grayson, though, might be interested.

Are any of the CMC good at art? I can't remember if they've already tried it.

Scootaloo drew a pretty good map.

Maybe Pinkie has her own small rock garden, which she tends to quietly whenever she feels particularly Amish.

I think Pinkie just doesn't have any interest in her roots at all.
