Was I the only one who looked at that map of Equestria and thought, "Hey! That looks like the pony equivalent of North America!"?
I'm willing to betcha Trottingham (Nottingham?) is in the pony equivalent of England, and Zecora's homeland is the pony equivalent of Africa. I would love to see episodes going into places outside of Equestria!

@ Ed: Yeah, her coloring does fly in the face of traditional noir lighting conventions, but I like it because it creates such a stark contrast between the typically muted colors and darker tones you often see in Film Noir and the hard-boiled detective genre in general.

A burst of color does work well in Noir.
But I still submit that Rainbow just wouldn't be a good Batmare with that rainbow hair. Even with a mask I'm sure SOMETHING is gonna show. And some versions I've seen actually show the hair. Yeah, that's gonna be hard to track.
