Also, on that comic I showed you all relating to the Remember the new guy discussion, someone made this little comment.

Actually, I could see them pulling off the "Vinyl is Rarity's cousin" thing; they look similar enough for it to be believable, and Rarity's reaction to her friends finding out would be hilarious.

I like to think that RD would try really hard to do the best she could for Scootloo if she was her parent/sister (she's the bearer Element of Loyalty, after all), but she'd probably mess it up a lot.

And I totally am not writing a fic that explores that premise to a degree.
