@Drenius I don't like sport and I don't like patriotism. It's two things I don't like in one!

My future grandkids may be disappointed when I have no stories to tell them.tongue

Same here. Though strangely enough, the diving event in the 1996 Olympics is the first thing I can ever remember seeing on TV.

I first thing I remember seeing on TV was some sort of ghost hunting show.

Y'know, those shows where nothing ever happens.

It is. I'm extremely impressed that he managed to writing it without making it the least bit fetishistic, which is what I was worried about turning me off of it. Then again, if I didn't give it a chance despite that, I'd be a hypocrite every time I suggest that someone try and get past the whole "drool" thing and give Mysterious Girlfriend X a shot.

I remember walking in on my parents watching the Empire Strikes Back once when I was really little. They were at the Battle of Hoth. I went back to my room and drew pictures of jumbo jets attacking giant robot cats.

Whoops, double post. I, uh, was kinda expecting at least three more posts to pop up before I finished typing that. :P

@Dalek: The SyFy channel has about five of those that they air. Seems like anyone can be amused by the same crappy ghost story or moronic nighttime hunt to find a can thrown over there or a chair flying in the air.

@Wryte: Believe me, that was my greatest obstacle to overcome in writing it. I'm really happy that it turned out non-creepy.

I think the first movie I saw in a theater was Pocahontas, but I'm not sure.
