I was first linked to TV Tropes from the Eva Geek Forums that I used to lurk at a lot. To an WMG page, in fact. At first I had no idea what I was looking at.

I was a fan of the site for years before it had a forum/before I realized it had a forum. I never did much editing though.

Personally I'm pretty much cool with any kind of live music. It's better than sitting around at home anyway. But others may have more discerning tastes than me I suppose.

I wouldn't say discerning so much as just having different tastes. I know that if somebody gave me free tickets to a hip-hop or country music concert I'd probably try to sell them to somebody.
