I had about three days in a row of double shifts a few weeks back that left me with no sleep. No hallucinations or anything, just a feeling like I wanted to kill myself. Ended up calling in sick the last day so I could sleep.

If you went that long for sleep you basically were sick anyway.

Yeah, I don't think confining ourselves to a closed system would be the best way to alleviate any of the problems facing this thread, especially since moving doesn't address why the mods are becoming such a common sight here.
