Actually, the microsite appears to be Hasbro's, and it calls the place the Crystal Empire like the toys do.

But yeah, that guy is apparently to the Crystal Empire as...

...Princess Celestia is to Canterlot
...Zecora is to the Everfree Forest
...Chief Thunderhooves is to Appleloosa

EDIT: Not that that tells us much, since all three of those are pretty different from each other

So finished reading Dangerous business. a ripping good tale it was. I do so enjoy the epic fantasy genre, for all the discovery the comes with it, both of the setting and of the self. Senses of both were conveyed very well.

My only gripe is that it ended a bit too abruptly. all that foreshadowing! of what the special abilities of the other 3 elements are, of the six being even more powerful when together! Of Dash being able to lead armies! OF A GIANT EPIC BATTLE WITH A FREAKIN WORLD SNAKE!

LOL NOPE, twilight just appears and ports them back to ponyville and that's that. I'm sure the world snake will just go back to sleep!

Bleh. Still definitely one of the best fanfics I've read, but it could have been so much more!...

well, back to archiving I suppose...
