you know, reading the reaction to Return of harmony, specifically Twi noticing everypony being gray, and then discord not noticing everypony not being gray, I have to wonder.

Spike also has slight fourth wall breaking powers. Or at least fourth wall interactions powers. Spike was the only one who could see the color changes. This is later supported by spike doing scene transition in lesson zero.

I'm sure this theory has already been brought up before, but whatev.

well, I'm around page 900, and season two lasted about 5k pages, so it may take a while

on another note, while ginger is certainly a huge driving force for page numbers, he doesn't seen quite so jaded/irritable yet. I assume this is because he hasn't seen TTGL yet?

The fandom hit critical mass after Season 2 started

Right now ponies are rapidly approaching Touhou-tier self-perpetuating power. We still need artists on the tier of Happy Flame Time, IOSYS, Iron Attack, Silver Forest, SOUND HOLIC, Akatsuki Dou, VISIONNERZ, Sayakata Tea Mansion, and the like.

I mean, we have JJ, Living Machine, Mando and Acousticbrony, Glanco, Mousa, Speccysy, Mickeymonster, The Weaver, and such, but we still have some catching up to do.

^^^ No, it was a running gag in Calvin and Hobbes. Hamster Huey was Calvin's favorite bedtime story, but we never got to know any details about it aside from the title, and the time Calvin's dad got so sick of reading it that he... improvised some new details.
