it better not be, tsunderes are the world's most annoying characters to ever be invented by Nihon that need to be exterminated with extreme prejudice via Dalek.

Fyodor Dostoevsky was writing that character type before animation was a thing. Only he actually portrayed these relationships as messed-up rather than idealized; probably stemming from the fact that he himself was in a relationship with a woman like that.

Hey all.

So I'm thinking of starting up a reading tomorrow - the second half of "The unexpected year", a.k.a. the one where a human tries an experimental drug that kills everyone else and doesn't die because Twilight Sparkle somehow got teleported to Earth and all of her magic went into the human.

That summary makes more sense than that fic.

This sort of thing happens to me a lot.

Case in point, I used to have this fictional-character crush on Cheerilee, until the Hearts and Hooves ending that hinted at her and Big Mac's possibly having an actually-a-date kind of picnic. At which point, the notion of "they look so cute together" took over and overwrote whatever else I might have previously thought of Cheerilee.
