Well I assume your doctors office is like mine so here's a few things: They will likely use a nerve block. Hurts like a beeyotch on injection but it makes the actual cutting not so painful, The process is damn fast (assuming doctor skill is appropriate) and the long lasting damage should be nil. My advice? Just stay still and try to think happy thoughts.

I must warn you that you will have a hell of a time wearing shoes for a week due to bandaging.

Alright I thought of this at work.

I have a feeling Celestia's test was

asking Twilight about Crystal Ponies. However the fact Twi doesn't know about them is the point of the test, so she therefor passes. Then proceeds do deal with the issue.

I actually found Rarity to be the easiest to use to complete the game. I think I got through all 6 levels fastest using her.
