Did anypony else feel terrible for Applejack in "The Last Roundup"? She didn't even get a single gold medal, despite her best efforts.

I felt bad for Applejack because she decided that the best solution is to run away from everyone she knows and try to work things out on her own, because that is exactly what I would have done, and is exactly the kind of thing that I keep doing.

Applejack is my favorite character because the more I learn about her, the more I see of myself. With exceptions, but there are always exceptions. Like, I don't work on a farm and am not a quadruped or female.
